Samuel is the CEO and Partnership Team Lead for CORE Summit. His role is to bring regional leaders together and create an environment where they can have honest, productive conversations, share knowledge and work together effectively. His goal is to bridge the gap between ambition and real-world strategies, making CORE Summit a platform for those building the future of the Baltic region. Samuel’s leadership style is based on “confident humility,” a value he developed as a reserve officer in the Estonian army. He believes in a model built on trust and empathy rather than strict control. He sees his role as one of being in service, dedicated to building confidence and hope during uncertain times. By focusing on clear goals and shared values, he aims to provide decision-makers with the support they need to drive ethical, profitable change across borders.

As CORE Summit’s Programme Manager, Marek creates agendas that offer clear pathways and examples for turning regional market trends into a solid business growth plan. Drawing on his experience in the Partnership team, he acts as a bridge between the Baltic boardroom and the stage. His goal is to ensure every session goes beyond theory and offers practical, valuable discussions. He works closely with the Advisory Board to filter global trends into the specific tools leaders need to manage today’s economy. Marek focuses on providing modern executives with a “Return on Integrity” – the idea that ethical action leads to long-term success. He sees a well-organised programme as an essential business tool that supports the mission to double the regional GDP. By focusing on real-world solutions and good governance, he helps leaders turn complex challenges into clear advantages for their organisations.

Kätlyn has been a key part of CORE Summit since its early inception as Impact Day. Her strategic focus and clear vision have helped build the event’s foundation, moving from its initial roots to the high-level leadership she provides today. As COO, she serves as the practical anchor for the summit, turning an ambitious brand vision into a smooth, professional reality for all participants. Kätlyn is responsible for the summit’s operational excellence and for building a team culture based on trust and high performance. She manages everything from technical production to coordinating our expert volunteer teams, ensuring that every detail supports our mission to double regional GDP. Her leadership is defined by a calm authority and a focus on reliability, making sure that every part of the event works together to create a seamless experience for global leaders.

Emily is the creative leader behind the voice and visual identity of CORE Summit. With experience directing digital stories for global brands like Nike and Coca-Cola, she brings high-level professional skills to the Baltic region. Emily turns a big-picture brand vision into the detailed, high-quality experience that top executives expect. Her goal is to ensure the summit’s visual style is as strong and professional as the ideas it shares. As Creative Director, Emily designs the stories and bold look that help turn ideas into real business growth. Her work covers everything from digital campaigns and video production to the event’s overall image. She is building a new visual style for the region that focuses on honest, profitable growth. Her mission is to change the regional story from one of uncertainty to one of confidence, helping leaders feel ready to build and invest in our mission.

Varun is the International Partnership Lead for CORE Summit’s activities in the Baltic & Nordic regions. His goal is to build high-level partnerships that connect international investment with regional growth. He specialises in bringing together the technology, sustainability, and digital sectors to create the strong cross-border networks needed for global success. Varun believes that good business governance is the best foundation for long-term investor returns and ethical growth. With a background in international business and diplomacy, Varun previously led trade and partnership efforts at the Estonian Embassy in India and for the e-Residency program. He also played a key role in launching Europe’s first digital nomad visa. Having lived and worked globally, he brings a sophisticated perspective to the Nordic-Baltic region. At CORE Summit, Varun uses his experience to build partnerships that turn regional innovation into Baltic opportunities, directly supporting the mission to double the region’s GDP.

His commitment to supporting regional progress has been built on a family legacy of Estonian digital and industrial pioneering.
